Why I do this work
I discovered TRE in 2019, and it changed something fundamental. I'd lived with cluster headaches for years, managing the pain mostly through medication. Nothing I'd tried reached the layer that seemed to live below thought, below intention, below conscious effort.
TRE reached it. Not dramatically, not immediately, but unmistakably. Something in my body began to settle that had been braced for as long as I could remember. The cluster headaches became less frequent. My relationship with my body shifted entirely.
That experience made me deeply passionate about body-based approaches. They've genuinely improved my life, and it's why I trained as a provider and now share this work with others.
My background
I'm a Certified TRE Provider. I began my formal TRE training in 2024 and facilitate workshops and individual sessions in London.
My wider training includes Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (in training, Body College), pain science with the Neuro Orthopaedic Institute, and humanistic psychotherapy at Homa. These inform how I hold space and how I understand the nervous system's complexity.
How I work
My approach is grounded, boundaried and warm. I don't overclaim what TRE can do, and I don't use wellness language that obscures more than it reveals. I respect the body's intelligence and trust the process, but I also know when to slow down, when to refer out and when TRE isn't the right tool.
In workshops, I create a calm, structured environment where people feel safe to explore something unfamiliar. In individual sessions, I tailor the work to your body, your history and your pace.
