Personalised support

Individual sessions

One-to-one sessions offer a more personalised experience, tailored to your body and your history. Ideal if you're working with complex stress patterns, trauma, or simply prefer private guidance.

Sessions are available in person in London.

Group experience

London workshops

A small-group introduction to TRE in a calm, supported setting. You'll learn the exercises, experience the tremor response and leave with the foundations for ongoing self-practice.

Workshops are held monthly in central London in small groups, so everyone receives individual attention.

Common questions

Do I need any prior experience?
None at all. Workshops are designed for complete beginners. Individual sessions can be tailored to any level of experience.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing you can move and lie down in. Think yoga or loungewear. You'll be on a mat on the floor for part of the session.
What if it feels like too much?
You're always in control. The provider will guide you in titrating, adjusting the intensity so it stays within a comfortable range. You can stop at any time.
Is TRE a replacement for talking therapy?
TRE is a body-based therapy, not a talking therapy. It complements talking therapy beautifully but isn't a substitute for clinical care if that's what you need.
